Full and New Moon Gatherings: Gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Plant Medicine Ceremonies
These gatherings fill up quickly, space is limited to 5 participants. They are held twice monthly, near or on the Full and New Moons.
We use the energy of the moon phase and it’s astrology, combined with oracle cards and non-psychoactive plant medicine to clarify our intentions and maximize the healing potential of Yoga Nidra.
