Class Descriptions:

Gentle/Restorative Yoga A very gentle yoga practice with the use of props to support the body into safe, long held postures for the purpose of relaxation and restoration of the body systems.

Hatha Flow Classical postures linked together with the breath, incorporating mindfulness and a strong emphasis on alignment.

Hatha Flow with Aromatherapy All levels Hatha flow, with optional use of essential oils to promote wellbeing.

Yoga Nidra “Inner Beauty Sleep”, Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing practice of conscious awareness and meditation.
