Spend 4 days, 3 nights in the High Sierra Wilderness learning identification, medicinal uses, and preparation of the medicinal herbs of Northern California. Retreat will include: 3 nights of camping, herbal education and medicine making supplies, plant medicine ceremonies, guided meditation, movement, hiking, daily breakfast & tea, and nightly campfires and fireside rituals, and other outdoor, wellness, spiritual and herbalism related activities.

Not included: other food and snacks, camp gear, transportation.
