This Meditation Min-Retreat is ideal for anyone looking for instruction on a basic mindfulness practice and other meditation techniques, going deeper into the psychology of Buddhism, the cultivation of compassion, kindness, and the other qualities of the heart, and for anyone who wishes to experience the beauty of group meditation.
Every day has a different lesson and each lesson build on the previous one. We encourage students to sign up for and attend the entire retreat to get the most out of the experience.
