This Meditation Mini-Retreat is designed to give beginning meditation practitioners a solid foundation of Meditation in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. If you are looking to boost your commitment after an extended hiatus, or are a seasoned practitioner, this mini-retreat is the perfect setting to re-establish your dedication to to your practice in a group setting . Using the psychology of Buddhism as our basis, we begin with the most basic Mindfulness practice, then move deeper into the more subtle qualities of the mind, gradually moving closer to the heart of Compassion.
