I’m so happy to announce this new class tailored specifically to the pregnant mamas-to-be. Wednesday evenings at 7:00-8:15.
Please join the Friday Morning Meditation Group 6:45-7:45am. We incorporate different meditation techniques, including sitting and walking meditation. It is a mindfulness practice, sometimes guided, sometimes silent.

TROPICAL HATHA FLOW
This class is my take on “Hot Yoga”. Heat turned up to a balmy 90 degrees, with chill music and cool vibes. Wednesday evenings at 5:30. Yeh mon!
HATHA FLOW w/ AROMATHERAPY
End your week with a sweet Hatha Flow class, topped off with a little Aromatherapy love at the end. Aaahhhhhhh!
YOGA AND MEDITATION
This slower flow class is designed to cultivate mindfulness in movement, leaving time at the end of class for seated meditation.
GENTLE AND RESTORATIVE
These classes are a very gentle approach to Yoga. Restorative Yoga is a way to help assist the body’s own ability to heal and repair itself, by giving it time to rest in therapeutic poses and using breath work. Appropriate for beginners, people with mild physical limitations, in pregnancy, or anyone needing a break from the extremely fast paced way of life.
