Loving Kindness, or Metta meditation is an effective way to help “bridge the gap” between ourselves and situations or people we find to be difficult. It is a way to help us access and cultivate our own compassion, forgiveness and kindness towards others. Please join me starting this Saturday, April 1st, for a week of this heart centered approach to meditation. Loving Kindness is truly the balm for heart- soothing anger, frustration, and even despair. No experience necessary.
